Kimberly Judd-Pennie initially started in website sales, as search engine optimization wasn’t even an industry yet. But the need for bringing traffic to websites after they were developed was clear. Kimberly taught herself HTML programming and, through trial and error, learned how to get websites to the top of search engine listings. This was back when Yahoo, Alta Vista, Looksmart and Hot Bot were hot and new. Google didn’t even exist yet. It was in 1994 that Kimberly officially founded CyberMark International, an internet advertising agency specializing in SEO. Since then, CyberMark has helped hundreds of companies – big and small – achieve top 10 rankings on the major search engines. The SEO learning curve never ends, so Kimberly continuously educates herself and her clients on new techniques and trends, much of which she shares here in this blog, On Target SEO.
