How to configure Outlook 2003 for checking mail with CyberMark service
I. Greetings! Lets start with launching Outlook 2003 and letting it load.
The first step will be to go to the Tools menu and selecting Email Accounts..., as shown in Figure 1 below:
II. After selecting Email Accounts..., you will be presented with the Email and Directory Information window.
Select Add a New Email Account
Click on the Next button on the lower right, as shown in Figure 2 below:
III. Now you will select POP3 for your Server Type and click Next on the lower right.
Figure 3 below, should be the window you are at:
IV. Type in your Name and the email address you are setting the mailbox up for in the upper left. In the upper right type in information given by CyberMark for your POP3 and information given from your ISP for the SMTP. In the lower left your Account Name is domainname.com/yourmailboxname and your Password given by CyberMark. Do not select, “test account settings.”
Figure 4 shows what to select and proper context to enter
V. Click Finish
VI. Close completely out of Outlook 2003 and then reopen.
