Configuring Outlook™ For Windows
How to configure Outlook for checking mail with CyberMark service
I. Greetings! Lets start with launching Outlook and letting it load.
The first step will be to go to the Tools menu and selecting Accounts..., as shown in Figure 1 below:

II. After selecting Accounts..., you will be presented with the Internet Accounts window.
That tab at the top of it should already be on Mail.
Click on the Add button on the right, and select the Mail... option, as shown in Figure 2 below:

III. Now we are in the New Account Wizard.
Put in the name you want to send email out as.
Figure 3 below, should be the window you are at:

IV. After putting in your name, click the Next button and we will proceed to specifying the email address you will be sending and getting mail as.
Figure 4 shows what to select and proper context to enter:

V. Click Next again to proceed to where we enter server names.
The connection type is POP3, and the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers are the same, and the name of the server associated
with your account.
Figure 5 shows what your entries should look like:

VI. Lets continue to setting the username and password.
If you are checking for your default mailbox, just put in the username you were issued with your account.
If you are checking for a Virtual POP Mailbox that you created, use the format shown below in figure 6:

VII. After putting in the correct username and password, click Next to continue and finish your account creation.
On this last page, you must select the type of connection that you wish to use to check your mail.
If you are using any DSL, Cable, T1 or other type of high speed connection select (Connect using my local area network). If you are on AOL, MSN, NetZero or any other Dial Up ISP select (Connect using my phone Line). After selecting your connection method press next to continue to the final screen.

VIII. After putting in the correct connection method, you simply click Finish to complete the Wizard.
Once you have finished with the Wizard, you can close the Internet Accounts window, and on your top toolbar, click the Send/Recv button to start getting your mail.
