For those of you that want to be able to check your e-mail while away from your computer, we have the answer for you!

CyberMark offers WEB MAIL access for all clients who are hosted on our server. Web Mail gives you access to your email accounts from anywhere in the world that you have a computer and a internet connection.

Is there any additional cost for using Web Mail?
No, this is free for all clients who host on our CyberMark server. Just send us an email and we will have it set up for your domain

Is there a login screen for each email address?
No, there is one login screen for all email accounts on your domain. Located at "www.domain.com/webmail".

How much functionality do I have?
You can send and receive just as you would with your Outlook Express.

If I check my email with Web Mail will my email still be there to load into my Outlook?
Yes, this application allows you to "view" your email as it appears on our server. When you go to check your email in Outlook Express you will "pull down" or remove the email off of the server in to your Outlook.

I know that I have received new email, why can't I view it with Web Mail?
The most frequent reason that new email cannot be viewed with Web Mail is that your Outlook program was left open and running. If your Outlook is left open it will continue to check your email at your preferred interval of time. This will download all email off of our server and will not be viewable via Web Mail.

Can I see my regular folders and sent items?
No, this is an Internet based application and cannot see your Outlook and hard drive.
